Biography

Mercedes Bertotto pursuing her PhD from the University of Buenos Aires. She is having 7+ years’ experience in the field of food technology R&D at SENSA (An agency responsible for implementing national policies on animal health, plant protection and food safety.) She has been Professional Analyst in Gas Chromatography Sector and now a Professional Analyst & Chemometrician in Near-Infrared Microscopy (NIRM) Sector at Directorate for Laboratories and Technical Control (DILAB). She is passionate about science and in particular multivariate statistical modelling of spectroscopic data, formulation data sets and process data. She enjoys exploring new technology and working in teams solving everyday challenges as well as complex problems.
