Biography
Dr. Rupakula Ravichandra Babu has completed his Master degree and Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. He had 14 years of industrial experience at various positions in quality control laboratories of a metallurgical industry prior to joining at GITAM (Deemed to be University) in August 2004 as a faculty for PG students in Department of chemistry. His area of research mainly includes method development and validation impurities in drug substances using chromatographic techniques, polymorphic studies of drug substances. and application of nano metal oxides/doped oxides for degradation of Organic compounds and Trace Metals. He has been associated several research projects and published more than 25 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of reputed journals. Currently working as ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in the department of chemistry for PG courses in Institute of science, GITAM.
